Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations or changes to your order once it has been placed.
Warranty
All our Blaupunkt appliances comes with a 6 year warrantly once the product has been registered with blaupunkt. Other brands have different warranty arrangements. It is advised you speak with a member from sales in order to confirm.
Appliance arrives damaged or faulty
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to us within48 hours of delivery. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or repair to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here help!
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We proudly offer delivery services to the metro areas of Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. For those located outside of these metro regions, please note that additional delivery costs may apply. If outside these areas, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll be happy to provide you with an estimated delivery cost.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Once your order has been processed, we'll reach out to you with all the necessary delivery details.
Where will my package be left?
Packages will be delivered to your front door. We want to ensure a smooth delivery experience, so please make sure there is clear access to your front door. If there are any stairs or tight spaces, kindly let us know during checkout. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, tracking details will be provided once your order is scheduled for delivery. We provide tracking details via email.
